Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of lockboxkit.com and the free and paid files you get from us. By using the site or downloading a file, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

LockboxKit publishes templates, scripts, checklists, and kits for US real estate agents. The site is operated by Velorank LLC, doing business as Lockbox Kit. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Velorank LLC, and "you" means the person using the site or buying a product.

Using the site

You can read, print, and use the content on our pages for your own real estate business. Please don't copy our pages onto another website, scrape the site, or try to interfere with how it works.

Free downloads

To get a free download, you give us your email address. Your download page opens right away, and we'll send occasional emails about new resources. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Your download page's link is personal. Anyone who has it can download the file, so don't share it.

Paid products and delivery

Paid products are digital files. Nothing is shipped. After checkout, your download page opens right away. Bookmark it to download your files again later. Like a free download link, it's personal, so don't share it.

Prices are listed in US dollars on each product page. Checkout may also show the price converted into your local currency.

Orders are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which acts as the merchant of record. Link collects any sales tax, VAT, or GST that applies where you live, adds it at checkout, and emails your receipt. The charge on your card statement starts with LINK.COM*. The payment terms shown at checkout also apply to your purchase.

If your download link doesn't work, email hello@lockboxkit.com and we'll get your files to you.

Your license

When you download a free file or buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive license to use it in your own real estate business.

You may:

• Edit the files and put them in your own words
• Add your name, logo, brokerage branding, and contact details
• Print and use them with your own clients and prospects
• Use them to train agents who work on your own team

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or give away the files, edited or not
• Share the files or your download link with agents outside your own business
• Post the files where others can download them, including file-sharing and document sites
• Present the files as your own product for sale

Refund policy

If a paid product isn't useful for your business, email hello@lockboxkit.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your payment in full, including any tax you paid. Please tell us the email address you used at checkout. You can also ask for a refund through Link support. Once a purchase is refunded, your license to use those files ends, so please delete your copies.

Not legal advice

Our content is educational. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship with us.

Real estate rules differ by state, MLS, and brokerage, and they change. You are responsible for following your state's laws and license rules, your MLS rules, your brokerage's policies and approved forms, fair housing laws, and calling, texting, and email marketing laws, including Do Not Call rules. Check with your broker before using any script, form, or process with clients.

Accuracy

We work to keep our content accurate and current, but we can't promise it is free of errors or right for your situation. Rules and market conditions change after we publish. Always confirm figures, such as closing costs on a seller net sheet, with the appropriate professional, like a title or escrow company.

Our content

The site and all files remain our property. Your license lets you use them as described above. It doesn't transfer ownership.

Limits on our responsibility

The site and files are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using our content, including lost business or deals. If we are found responsible for something, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
